As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) impact continues to unfold, we wanted to assure you that our company committed to delivering medical supplies in a safe, reasonable, and efficient manner to our customers while protecting our employees and the communities we operate in.
Twins Medical Inc. has taken proactive measures to protect the health of our employees as we continue to support our customer’s needs.
- Personal Protective Equipment: Our delivery attendants will wear personal protective equipment such as gloves and face masks when delivering products to client homes.
- As a Durable Medical Equipment Provider, hygiene and cleanliness is critical. We have enhanced our existing hygiene and health practices, including frequent additional disinfecting and sanitizing throughout our office, and high touch areas. Employees at our office are being trained to practice social distancing, increasing hand washing, and staying home should they feel ill.
- We are infrequent and regular contact with our distributors and industry partners to reduce any disruptions of supplies and/or medications. If disruptions of products are identified, we will act expeditiously to distribute a comparable alternative so that we can continue to supply the needed medications to our customers.
